Terms & Conditions

Referral Program Rules:

  • Submission Timing: Referrals must be registered via this form or by phone before the referred customer makes their first contact or visit to the dealership.

  • Qualification: The $150 referral bonus is paid only upon the successful completion of a vehicle purchase, including finalized financing and delivery.

  • Exclusions: Self-referrals and referrals of individuals living in the same household are not eligible.

  • Payout: Bonuses are typically processed within 30-45 business days of the vehicle delivery.

  • Discretion: Auto District Indy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all referrals and may deny payment if the program is being misused.
    Tax Compliance: Per IRS regulations, referrers must provide a valid government-issued ID and a completed W-9 form. Auto District Indy will issue a Form 1099-NEC for any individual receiving $600 or more in referral bonuses within a single tax year.
